Conference Site - Center City Philadelphia
Center City Philadelphia is anchored by 8 square blocks of green space centered on Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell. The activity level in Center City is energizing - from horse and buggies to shopping, restaurants, museums and even the cemetery where Ben Franklin is buried. Amazingly, there are two prominent Jewish institutions in the middle of the mix - Congregation Mikveh Israel (CMI) (44 N 4th St, Philadelphia, PA 19106) founded in 1740, and the museum that spun off from the shul - the National Museum of American Jewish History (NMAJH). And right next door to the shul is a Wyndham Hotel. View map of Conference 2013 - Philadelphia - Center City
Food - Meals will be at Congregation Mikveh Israel, provided by a number of different Orthodox supervised caterers.
Meeting Space - The shul space will be supplemented by meeting rooms at the Downtown Historic District Wyndham Hotel next door.
Sleeping Rooms - The hotel is right next door to Congregation Mikveh Israel. Rooms are $119 a night ($130 including taxes). This is a great rate, for downtown Philadelphia. Located at 400 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106, the hotel offers both King and Doubles as well as free room wi-fi. When you call the hotel reservation line, ask for the Kavod v'Nichum group or 06076843KA. Please reserve rooms by May 14, 2013. Call 877-999-3223
